If you are interested in a Gun Permit to Purchase, please complete the following application. 

The Police Department will accept completed (scanned) applications through email at nessb@evelethpd.gov or you may mail your completed application to the Eveleth Police Department, 415 Pierce Street, Eveleth, MN 55734.
